After a career plans is created a manager and a team member, search the platform for mentors within the company who can help the employee acquires the needed skills and send the mentor a request.

When the mentor employee receives and eventually accepts the mentorship request, the first Learning Session will be created.

Learning Sessions
Mentor and apprentice employees engage in scheduled learning sessions. After each session, they provide feedback and rate each other’s progress.
